Pratap G has joined  InstaReM’s as Chief Experience Officer. As the Chief Experience Officer Pratap is responsible for experiences of employees as well as customers at InstaReM. He is charged with bringing holistic experiences to InstaReM and making it an intristic part of the company’s strategy and culture. Currently, he is focused on significantly elevating employee experiences at InstaReM office locations globally. 

Pratap comes with over 20+ years of experience in People and Organization transformation. His last assignment was with the Maersk Group where he was heading human resources globally for its services business. He has managed Human Resources across countries like India, China, US, UK, The Philippines and parts of Europe.

Pratap has spent half of his career in the Fast-moving consumer goods industry, especially manufacturing and sales HR in organizations like Marico & PepsiCo. Later, he shifted to the IT/ITES sector in organizations like Tech Mahindra, General Electric (GE Capital & Genpact) and TCS.
