Talent assessment and leadership development company Jombay has roped in Mahesh Balasubramanian, a senior executive of SHL India team, as Vice President - Sales. Jombay’s focus is to bridge the knowing-doing gap in organizations by helping leaders be more self-aware and practice leadership.
Commenting on his appointment, Mansi Mehta, Jombay’s founding team member and the Chief Business Officer, said, “Mahesh’s extensive experience in consulting with client organizations and building a consultative sales organization will help expedite Jombay’s mission of becoming the number one leadership development and assessment company in India in the next 12-18 months.”
Starting his new innings with Jombay, Mahesh Balasubramanian said, “Jombay’s scientific and scalable solutions for leadership development, learning and assessments found resonance in my view of how the future of this industry is evolving. Balasubramanian comes with over fifteen years of experience with different organizations such as Aon Hewitt and SHL. He is a certified sales coach and is also certified in value-based selling from the George Washington University. Jombay recently also announced the joining of Feroza Engineer, formerly with Target Inc. and Dale Carnegie India, Meeta Lee, formerly with Empowered Learning and Thinking Dimensions International, and Smita Sinha, formerly with DDI, as part of the team to scale client engagements and participate in Jombay’s next level of growth.
