LTIMindtree appoints Antony Dinesh as Head of HR – Americas

LTIMindtree has appointed Antony Dinesh as Head of Human Resources – Americas, reinforcing its leadership team in a key growth market.

Dinesh confirmed the appointment in a social media post, saying he was “starting a new position as Head of HR – Americas at LTIMindtree.” The company has not disclosed additional details on the timing or scope of the role.

The appointment comes as LTIMindtree continues to scale its presence across North and South America, a region critical to revenue growth and client delivery for Indian IT services firms.

Prior to joining LTIMindtree, Dinesh was associated with Tata Consultancy Services, where he served as Deputy HR Head – USA, according to people familiar with his career. In that role, he was involved in workforce planning, talent management and HR operations for one of TCS’s largest overseas markets.

Dinesh brings more than 25 years of experience across organisational development, talent management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and legal risk mitigation. Over his career, he has been responsible for building high-performance cultures focused on productivity, quality and workforce effectiveness.

He has also held leadership roles at HCL and Prasad Corporation, giving him exposure across IT services and media and entertainment businesses.

The move signals LTIMindtree’s intent to strengthen people leadership as competition for skilled talent intensifies in the Americas, even as technology firms balance hiring discipline with long-term growth plans.
