McKinsey & Company, Inc has hired Chaitali Mukherjee as a Partner and is part of the People & Organization Performance Practice. In her new role, she is focused on helping clients, their top teams, and talent become future-ready.

She announced her association with McKinsey & Company through a Linkedin post.

Prior to this, Chaitali was a Senior Partner with the Management Consulting division of PwC India, and lead the People & Organization Practice for India. Additionally, she was PwC India's Territory Leader for Upskilling for the Digital World and worked with clients to help them get ready for the Future of Work.

Chaitali comes with specialisation in business strategy, talent management and organisational effectiveness with extensive international business and general management experience.
