Milestone appoints Navneet Gupta as Global Head of Human Resources

Former Fabric people leader takes charge of global HR as Milestone scales its AI-led digital experience platform.

Milestone has appointed Navneet Gupta as Global Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its AI-first digital experience platform.


Gupta joins Milestone from Fabric, where he served as Head of People for more than three years, leading people strategy across multiple geographies in a high-growth software environment, the company said.


In his new role, Gupta will oversee Milestone’s global people agenda, with responsibility for culture, talent transformation, leadership development and the design of scalable HR frameworks to support international growth.


Gupta brings more than a decade of experience spanning technology, business and human capital leadership. He holds a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.


He began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as an assistant systems engineer and later joined Bharti Airtel through its Young Leaders programme, where he worked across talent acquisition, talent management and learning functions. By 2016, he had moved into an HR business partner role at Airtel.


Gupta went on to head corporate HR at the Puma Group before leading HR for the fitness business at Cure.Fit. He has also worked as a people consultant at i4 Consulting and led HR business partnering at Aakash Educational Services.


At Fabric, Gupta held a regional mandate as Head of People – Asia, overseeing workforce strategy across markets during a period of rapid growth.


Milestone said Gupta will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen organisational culture and build future-ready people systems aligned with the company’s global expansion plans.
