Mindspace Business Parks REIT has appointed Anuja Ghosh as Head of Human Resources, adding senior leadership to steer people strategy and organisational development.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has appointed Anuja Ghosh as Head of Human Resources, strengthening senior leadership as the office parks real estate investment trust sharpens its focus on people strategy, organisational capability and workplace culture.

Ghosh joins Mindspace from SBI Ventures, where she served as Head of Human Resources and led people and culture initiatives. Her appointment brings nearly two decades of HR experience across financial services, insurance and the ratings sector into the commercial real estate platform.

In her new role, Ghosh is expected to lead human capital strategy, talent management and organisational development at Mindspace Business Parks REIT as the company continues to expand its commercial real estate portfolio.

Before joining SBI Ventures, Ghosh spent more than a decade at India Ratings and Research, a Fitch Group company, where she also served as Head of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she worked with Tata AIG General Insurance, building experience across talent, leadership development and change management.

Her professional profile describes a career spanning multiple HR functions, from talent acquisition to organisational development, with a particular focus on change management, systems transformation and people processes. She has also worked closely with management teams in advisory roles, contributing to broader strategic decision-making.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT, one of India’s prominent office parks platforms, operates a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across key urban markets. As workplace models continue to evolve and tenants seek more integrated office ecosystems, REITs and large real estate operators are placing greater emphasis on leadership capability, employee experience and organisational resilience.

Ghosh’s move comes at a time when companies across sectors are strengthening HR leadership to manage a more complex workforce agenda shaped by growth, capability building and cultural alignment. For office park operators, that increasingly extends beyond internal teams to the broader operating environment in which they engage with tenants, vendors and on-ground staff.

At Mindspace, the HR function is likely to play a central role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth, particularly as the business balances portfolio expansion, operational efficiency and culture-building in a changing commercial property market.

With experience across regulated and service-led sectors, Ghosh brings a background that could prove useful as Mindspace builds deeper organisational capability while navigating the demands of scale.

Her appointment signals that people leadership is becoming a more visible strategic priority for real estate platforms seeking long-term growth in a competitive market.
