Senior HR industry leader Saleel Panse has joined snack company  Mondelez as Talent Acquisition Leader, India. 

Panse joins the food company from MSD India, where he worked for five years as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. During his stint with MSD India, he was responsible for delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support all divisions/functions in the company by partnering with the business leaders to understand current and future talent needs and proactively develop solutions to meet those needs. 

He was also responsible for developing country talent acquisition plans, analyzing recruitment needs, managing the recruitment process from posting and sourcing the role until offer acceptance in close collaboration with the Hiring Manager and HRBP.

Panse has worked with companies such as Cipla, Ray & Berndtson and Personnel Search Services in his two-decade-long career. 

He is an alumnus of Mumbai University.
