Native has appointed Dilnavaz Ghadiali as Group Head of Human Resources, tasking the seasoned HR leader with steering people strategy across its businesses, including Woven and Northward, as the company expands its integrated talent platform.

The move comes as Native strengthens its position in executive search, talent advisory and recruitment services, amid growing competition for skilled talent and evolving workforce expectations. Ghadiali will oversee the group’s HR function, focusing on leadership capability, organisational culture and aligning talent priorities with business growth.

She brings over two decades of experience across sectors including media, financial services, retail and consulting. Most recently, she served as Senior Director – Learning and Development at WPP Media, where she led enterprise-wide capability building and leadership development initiatives.

Her earlier roles include leadership positions at Sharekhan, Godrej Nature’s Basket, Hero Mindmine and Tech Mahindra, where she worked across talent development, organisational transformation and workforce strategy. The breadth of her experience reflects a growing emphasis among talent-focused firms on building adaptable, skills-driven organisations.

The appointment underscores a broader shift in emerging talent platforms, which are increasingly investing in cohesive people strategies to support rapid expansion and navigate a competitive hiring landscape. As firms scale multi-service offerings, the role of HR is expanding beyond traditional functions to include culture-building, leadership pipeline development and workforce planning aligned to business outcomes.

Ghadiali’s mandate will also involve strengthening internal capability frameworks and embedding systems that support long-term organisational performance. Industry observers note that such roles are becoming central to enabling growth, particularly in firms operating at the intersection of advisory and recruitment services.

The hiring reflects Native’s intent to institutionalise its people practices as it builds scale across its portfolio businesses. As demand for specialised talent solutions grows, companies are placing greater emphasis on leadership depth and cultural coherence as differentiators.

Looking ahead, Ghadiali’s challenge will be to translate strategy into execution—balancing growth ambitions with workforce agility, while ensuring that talent systems evolve in step with changing business models and client expectations.
