Nava Bharat Ventures inducts new director
Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has informed the BSE that it has inducted a new director as IDBI Bank Ltd informed its decision to withdraw its earlier nomination of C.S.V.Rao from the Board of the Company with effect from March 8, 2014. The Directors approved a Circular Resolution taking on record the cessation of the directorship. They nominated D. Nageswara Rao, Independent Director, on the Remuneration and Audit Committees with immediate effect in the place of C.S.V.Rao.
