NeoNiche appoints Cleatrip’s Rahul Mane as General Manager of HR
NeoNiche, a leading full-service experiential marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Rahul Mane as the General Manager of Human Resources effective from March 2024.
In his new role, Rahul brings over 18 years of experience across travel, e-commerce, IT consulting, and manufacturing industries. Most recently, he served as the Senior Manager of HR at Cleartrip.com, where he joined in 2009 as the Assistant Manager of HR and steadily advanced into leadership roles over the past fifteen years. Prior to that, he worked with Reliance BPO Pvt Ltd as an Executive of HR, and Nobel Hygiene Pvt Ltd as an HR Officer, overseeing payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
On the academic front, Rahul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in HR from Symbiosis International University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Mumbai. His core competencies include, HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, system implementation and digitalisation, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and merger and acquisitions.
