Pall Corporation appoints Swapnil Kulkarni as HR director

Pall Corporation, a subsidiary of US-based Danaher Corporation, has appointed Swapnil Kulkarni as director of human resources, the company confirmed.

Kulkarni announced the appointment on LinkedIn, stating he was “energized to lead, learn and transform at Pall Corporation, Danaher Company.”

Pall Corporation said Kulkarni will oversee human resources operations in India. His responsibilities include providing strategic partnership and leadership across multiple businesses and functions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Headquartered in Port Washington, New York, Pall Corporation supplies filtration, separation and purification solutions for industries including healthcare, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Previous positions

According to company records and public profiles, Kulkarni most recently worked at Philips, where he spent more than seven years. He joined Philips in January 2018 as general manager of human resources and led HR operations for Philips Healthcare across multiple global businesses.

Before Philips, Kulkarni spent over a decade with the Volvo Group. He joined the company in January 2008 as deputy manager of human resources and was promoted to senior manager in October 2014, a position he held until December 2017.

Earlier in his career, Kulkarni worked with TE Connectivity from 2005 to 2007 as executive HR. He entered the company as a management trainee in plant HR through campus recruitment.

Kulkarni holds a postgraduate certificate in human resource management (PGCHRM) in HR development from XLRI Jamshedpur.
