Strengthening India leadership
Palo Alto Networks, headquartered in California, has been expanding its footprint in India as cybersecurity demand accelerates globally. India serves as a key hub for engineering, operations and enterprise support for multinational technology firms.
The appointment comes at a time when cybersecurity companies are navigating rapid technological shifts, including AI-driven security tools, cloud transformation and heightened regulatory scrutiny. Talent management and retention remain central challenges in the sector.
While Palo Alto Networks has not publicly detailed Sirigiri’s immediate priorities, HR leadership roles in global cybersecurity firms typically focus on workforce scaling, leadership development, capability building and organisational integration.
Her background across cybersecurity and enterprise technology companies suggests a focus on aligning people strategy with business growth in India.
As cyber threats grow more complex and companies invest heavily in digital infrastructure, leadership appointments in India are increasingly seen as strategic. For Palo Alto Networks, strengthening HR oversight may signal continued investment in talent and long-term operations in the region.
