Reliance Industries Limited has appointed Abhisekh Rudra as Head of HR for their Reliance Composites Solutions (RCS) Unit based at Vadodara.

In his new role, Abhisekh will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle including talent acquisition, and talent management.

Abhisekh who brings 21 years of experience is skilled in strategic human resource planning, people management, performance management, learning & development, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Before joining Reliance Industries, Abhisekh worked with Garden Silk Mills Private Limited as Deputy General Manager – HR & IR. He also worked with MCPI Private Limited.

Abhisekhwho holds his PGDME from Jadavpur University, started his career with Reliance Industries Limited as an HR Executive in 2002.
