Rohit Gupta joins Intas Pharmaceuticals as Associate Vice President – HR

Intas Pharmaceuticals has appointed Rohit Gupta as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its HR leadership at a time when the pharmaceutical industry is contending with rising talent and regulatory challenges.

The company announced that Gupta, who brings nearly two decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, will lead people strategy, talent engagement, and workforce capability building across Intas’s expanding global footprint.

Before joining Intas, Gupta held senior HR leadership roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Apollo Tyres, and ACC Cement, where he was instrumental in driving HR transformation, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. His experience, spanning both operational HR and strategic leadership, has positioned him as a key figure in large-scale workforce transitions within complex business environments.
