Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited (SONA COMSTAR) has appointed Arunima Mohanty as HR Head.

Arunima holds nearly two decades of experience in different industries, driving the HR Charter at mid to large-scale set-ups and conglomerates in the likes of Anand Automotive, JBM, National Engineering Industries, and Rockman Industries Ltd. She brings with her 17 years of diverse experience spanning Business partnering, HR Maturity Model, Total Rewards, D&I, and Change management.

She is a Psychology graduate, and holds a master's in Human Resources.

Sona BLW is engaged in the manufacturing of precision forged bevel gears and differential assemblies for the automotive business. Its products offer applications across various vehicle categories, including conventional passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, off-highway vehicles and electric vehicles. The company operates in approximately 8 states of art manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, Mexico and China.
