IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation) has appointed Sukhjit S Pasricha as group chief human resource officer effective November 1.

This is a homecoming for Pasricha as he earlier served IndiGo as head of HR & Admin (vice president-HR & Admin) from April 2013 to January 2018.

He joins Indigo from Kotak Mahindra Bank where he served as group CHRO (president - HR).  

Pasricha comes with over 25 years of experience in corporate HR roles and business HR roles across different industry sectors and complex businesses (both-B2B and B2C).

His diverse experience has helped him develop expertise in business aligned HR strategy, driving HR Transformation projects and productivity, building organisational capability, HR technology (strategy, design and execution), outsourcing and change management among others.

In his past stints, he served as chief of HR & admin at Bajaj Finance. Before he had moved to Indigo in 2013, Pasricha had worked senior vice president of HR in Airtel Africa where he was responsible for driving the HR transformation across 17 countries.  He had made the transition after serving as the CHRO of the Enterprise Services Business of Bharti Airtel India.

Pasricha holds a degree in Sociology from Punjab University, Chandigarh and an MBA from Guru Nanak Dev University.
