Suzlon Group has appointed Kamesh Chaganti as Head of Human Resources for its South India business, strengthening regional people leadership as the company continues to scale operations.

The company announced the appointment on Thursday. Chaganti will oversee HR strategy and operations across Suzlon’s South India footprint, with responsibility spanning talent development, HR business partnering, compensation and benefits, organisational development, and employment law.

Chaganti will be based in South India and will work closely with business and plant leadership to support productivity, capability building and compliance as Suzlon expands its footprint in the region.
