Tech Mahindra, under the stewardship of its new MD and CEO designate, Mohit Joshi, is set to announce major changes in senior management positions.

According to our sources, Harshvendra Soin, currently Global Chief People Officer and Head of Marketing, will step into an expanded role as President APJ (Asia Pacific Japan), overseeing both Telecom and Enterprise sectors while retaining his HR responsibilities.

Harsh has been associated with Tech Mahindra since 2012 and brings with him a rich experience of more than 26 years in the industry. An industry thought leader, Harsh has been a recipient of many prestigious awards.

Prior to his current role, he was heading the Canada Enterprise Business as Senior Vice President and Country Head at Tech Mahindra.

Mohit Joshi, the MD and CEO designate, is slated to take over the new role on December 20, 2023. 

Sources indicate that under Joshi's leadership, Tech Mahindra is in the midst of a significant reorganisation, with a focus on key strategic areas. This involves restructuring roles and expanding responsibilities, to foster a culture of heightened accountability within the organisation.
