Tech Mahindra to recruit 3,000 employees in Gujarat over next five years
Tech Mahindra will expand operations in Gujarat by hiring more than 3,000 professionals over the next five years.
One of India's largest IT services exporters, Tech Mahindra, will be recruiting around 3,000 staff in Gujarat over the next five years.
The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat under its IT/ITeS (IT-enabled services) policy on October 18. The MoU will enable the company to address the changing engineering needs of enterprises.
Tech Mahindra’s managing director and chief executive officer, C P Gurnani, appreciated the Government of Gujarat for improvements in the ease of doing business.
Reportedly, the Gujarat government has so far signed 15 MoUs with domestic and global companies under the IT/ITeS policy, which will generate approximately 26,750 skilled IT employment opportunities in the state.
