upGrad KnowledgeHut, the Bangalore-based technology skilling provider and a part of edtech company, upGrad, appointed Swati Topno as Director of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Swati would primarily focus on implementing the company's people strategy, building capability for expansion, resourcing, talent development, and enabling culture frameworks that build KnowledgeHut as an employer of choice.

Phillips 66 COO Mark Lashier to take over as CEO from July

Energy and logistics company Phillips 66 has announced Chief Executive Officer transition for 2022 by unveiling Mark Lashier as the new President and Chief Executive Officer effective 1st July. Currently the President and Chief Operating Officer, Lashier will succeed Greg Garland, who plans to remain as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors until he retires in 2024.

Fintech firm Plaid hires Booking.com veteran to lead its European expansion

Financial technology firm Plaid has hired Ripsy Bandourian, a former Booking.com executive, to lead its European operations. Keith Grose, who formerly served as Plaid's international director, is now primarily responsible for the company's operations in the United Kingdom.

SAP elevates Shweta Mohanty as new HR Head for India Business

Software & technology solutions multinational company, SAP has announced the elevation of Shweta Mohanty as new HR- Head for SAP India. The appointment is effective April 11th 2022. She would be replacing Shraddhanjali Rao, who resigned from her position to look for better job prospects. An experienced HR leader,Shweta is associated with SAP for the last 6 years, where prior to the elevation, she was Vice-President- Global HR Business Partner for Enterprise Cloud Services and SAP Labs Network.

DB Schenker appoints Kinjal Pande as new India CEO

DB Schenker, the global leading logistics service provider 100% owned by Deutsche Bahn Group, has appointed Kinjal Pande as the new chief executive officer  (CEO) for India and the Indian Sub-Continent, effective immediately. Pande will succeed interim CEO Vivek Chopra, who stepped in for Vishal Sharma since his move to a new role in China. She brings a wide experience from other leading global forwarders in the logistics industry.
