Total Environment appoints a new CHRO

Senior HR leader Naga Siddharth, who was working with food retail chain Spar India has joined the Total Environment Group as Group Chief Human Resource Officer. The Bengaluru based developer is known for building residential and commercial projects. 

Total Environment consists of more than 800 employees across the country. Siddharth will report to the Founder and Chairman of the company. 

As Group CHRO, he will be leading HR across group companies managing top talent, employee experience, and internal talent. Before joining TE Group, he was working with Landmark’s group food retail chain Spar India. He worked there for around three years as AVP, Talent, Organizational, and Effectiveness.  He has also worked with National HRD Network and Cloudnine Healthcare Facility. 

Talking to People Matters on this development, he said, “It's exciting to work with a group where we have made customer experience through the homes we create, our only priority over the years.”

Siddharth is focusing on bringing new practice in the company which will remove the work from their job. His core focus area is to bring the same experience for the employees like the employees creates for their customers.
