TVS Supply Chain Solutions appoints Vikas Chadha as Global CEO

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has appointed Vikas Chadha as its Global Chief Executive Officer, effective January 22, 2026, as the logistics firm begins a structured leadership transition ahead of the retirement of its managing director, Ravi Viswanathan.

The company said in a regulatory filing that the appointment was approved by its board following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Viswanathan is expected to retire during the 2026–27 financial year and will continue as managing director during the transition period.

Chadha brings more than three decades of leadership experience across large, multi-country operations, including roles overseeing businesses with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. TVS Supply Chain Solutions said his appointment is aimed at ensuring continuity while executing its long-term strategy across global markets.

During the transition phase, Viswanathan will work closely with Chadha to support a smooth handover and maintain operational momentum. The board said it plans to complete the leadership transition during the 2026–27 financial year.

Chairman R. Dinesh said the succession plan reflects the company’s focus on long-term value creation and stability. He added that Chadha’s international exposure and experience in managing complex, geographically diverse operations would support the company’s next phase of growth.

Chadha has previously served as chief executive of a Dubai-based conglomerate and held senior leadership roles across multinational companies and Indian listed firms, according to the company. His background includes driving transformational growth, operational excellence and large-scale profit-and-loss management.

He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a degree in electronics and communications engineering.
