Senior HR veteran Prashant Srivastava has stepped down from his role of President Group HR and People Excellence at Reliance ADA Group. He joined Reliance ADA Group in April 2014. In his four and ahalf year of a stint with the company, he helped drive the business performance and led various employee initiatives across the group.

Talking to People Matters about his stint with the organization, he said, “My stint was great with Reliance. I have used all my twenty years of consulting experience in this company in various HR functions such as leadership, talent, employee engagement, re-skilling, diversity and technology. And all of these have helped in operating profit for the business."

Srivastava is a seasoned global HR professional with rich experience across industries and in top companies such as Aon Hewitt, Gallup, TSMG, Nielsen and HPCL. Before joining Reliance ADA in 2014, he was working with Aon Hewitt as Partner Engagement and Culture, Talent and Performance. He worked with Aon for three years and eight months. 

In other organizations, he has also taken up different responsibilities such as driving business solutions and corporate strategy. He started his career with HPCL as an officer in the year 1987 and worked in the company for three years. 

He is an IIM Ahmedabad alumni.
