Aon brings back former Executive, Nitin Sethi to lead its Performance and Rewards Practice in India. After being away from Aon for a period of two years, during which Nitin served as the Chief People officer at Rivigo and more recently spearheaded talent management and recruiting for Coca-Cola Asia Pacific, he is making a comeback to Aon to lead the Performance and Rewards Practice in India.

Nitin's career spans over 22 years, of which he has worked with Aon for a period of little over 13 years, during which he rose the ranks from Senior Consultant to Practice Leader and then Chief Commmercial Officer, while also leading the Performance, Rewards and Talent consulting division. Prior to over a decade-long tenure with Aon, Nitin also worked with Mercer Consulting and DSQ Software.

Back in December 2019, Aon lost some of its senior executives to Deloitte, including the head of Performance and Rewards division, who also had been with Aon for nearly 13 years.

With Nitin's return, the company can expect both stability as well as relief, given the decision-making is now in the hands of someone who has been here in the past and is aware of the growth story, trajectory and capabilities that the organization holds. However, to take the organization forward, how Nitin leverages his knowledge and expertise, and elevates the current standing of the organization to the next phase shall unfold in due time.
