Helios rebrands as Globalli, launches Global People Operating System

The platform claims that start-ups can expand into new markets in days, rather than months.
AI-powered global human capital management and payments platform Helios Global Payments Solutions has announced its rebranding as Globalli. This move, according to the company, marks the launch of the only Global People Operating System (OS) and reflects the company's mission to deliver a unified system that integrates payroll, compliance, and HR across more than 125 countries, for every type of worker, and every hiring model.
"Global work has been far too complicated for far too long," said Rick Hammell, Founder and CEO of Globalli. "With Globalli, we're making it as predictable as running payroll at headquarters. Leaders no longer have to accept vendor sprawl, compliance blind spots, or broken employee experiences as the cost of going global," he said.
According to Hammell, Globalli marks the launch of a new category within the marketplace, introducing the industry's first true operating system that delivers a consistent way of working everywhere.
The company said Globalli is fundamentally transforming global workforce management from a risk into a powerful growth engine. The companies no longer have to manage complexity as Globalli's AI tool can anticipate local laws, apply changes automatically, and make scaling internationally feel as simple and predictable as scaling locally.
The platform claims that start-ups can expand into new markets in days, rather than months. At the same time, enterprises gain the flexibility to rethink their global talent strategies without the burden of multiple systems, according to a press release.
Built to replace fragmented vendors and systems, Globalli claims it provides a single payroll core, a unified set of controls, and a single platform for hiring and paying teams anywhere in the world. The platform extends beyond payroll and HR to include legal entity setup, corporate governance, international hiring, and jurisdiction-specific compliance support. Organisations can launch, manage, and scale global teams with confidence, supported by localised infrastructure and expert networks spanning legal, payroll, HR, tax, and accounting, the company said.
