Online retailer Snapdeal is in talks to hire Rajiv Mangla, a top Adobe Systems executive, as chief technology officer, according to two people aware of the discussions. Mangla, based in New Delhi, has been at Adobe for more than a decade and leads the company's digital marketing teams. Earlier, he was senior director of engineering at the San Jose, California-headquartered company, the maker of Photoshop.
