Senior HR professional Vikas Dua has joined Aegis Customer Services as Vice President – HR. In his new role, he will be leading the talent acquisition efforts nationwide for the high-growth India business. 

Dua confirmed this news to People Matters, in his stint with Aegis he will report to Lata Menon, Head – HR.

Before joining Aegis, he was working with Concentrix as Senior Group Leader, Human Resources. 

Vikas Dua, a post graduate in business management by qualification has worked with, start-ups organizations such as Wipro and Concentrix.  

He has a keen interest in interlocking HR and technology and has been actively working to strengthen the HR-technology bond through multiple channels.
