Goodyear India CFO Mitesh Mittal steps down

Mahesh Mittal resigns as Goodyear India CFO after three years in the role, on account of personal reasons.

Goodyear India, the auto ancillary firm, has announced that its Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer Mitesh Mittal will be stepping down, with effect from May 31, 2021 as per the regulatory filing.

Mittal joined Goodyear India as CFO in 2017. A company statement said that his resignation comes on account of personal reasons.

Mittal holds over twenty three years of diverse finance experience working with Big4 and Fortune 50 organizations in high growth, fast paced environments. 

Mittal’s illustrious industry experience also includes receiving the “Best CFO 2020” award by Dalal Street Investment Magazine in Small Cap Auto Category, and being honoured as one among “100 Most Influential CFOs” in 2016 by CIMA.

It remains to be seen if Goodyear India will begin the search for Mittal’s successor internally or roll out an external mandate.
