HCL Tech R Srikrishna set to be CEO of Hexaware Tech

Hexaware Technologies is close to appointing HCL Technologies' R Srikrishna as its CEO, a source with direct knowledge of the matter told ET, less than a year after Baring Private Equity Asia bought a majority stake. Srikrishna, who headed sales of the infrastructure services and healthcare division at HCL, will join Hexaware in the next two weeks, the source said. He has already resigned from HCL. "We confirm that the sales head for our infrastructure services division, R Srikrishna has decided to move on from the company," said a HCL Technologies spokesperson. Pradeep Bindal would take over Srikrishna's position. Srikrishna will replace PR Chandrasekar, who joined Hexaware from WiproBSE 0.62 % in 2008. In September, Chandrasekar sold his entire stake in Hexaware for Rs.37 crore.
