Indigo to induct 3 more directors
InterGlobe Enterprises, that runs Indigo airlines has raised its borrowing limits by 50 per cent and has decided to induct 3 more directors. From among them, 2 are independent directors and the third is Rohini Bhatia, who is the wife of the co-founder Rahul Bhatia. Before this, the company did not have any woman director on its board.
