Software major Infosys, which is preparing to announce its first-quarter results today, may see major changes in the organization structure soon, Economic Times reported. 

People familiar with the development told ET NOW that Infosys chairman NR Narayana Murthy is working out the final details of a re-org which could be announced in the next few weeks. The same sources added while consulting firm McKinsey is advising Infosys on the re-org process, Infosys vice-chairman Kris Gopalakrishnan and CEO SD Shibulal are also involved in the discussions. 
Infosys, in response to e-mail queries on this development, stated, "As a policy we do not comment on rumors and speculations."
