New President of ICSI

R. Sridharan, a Chennai-based practicing company secretary, has been appointed as the new President. Sridharan was elected uncontested as President at a meeting of the central council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Central Council also elected uncontested Vikas Y Khare, a fellow member of the institute, as the Vice-President of ICSI.
