Parveen will oversee all legal and regulatory activities across Mahindra Lifespaces’ businesses, applying her extensive experience in due diligence, contract management, M&A, intellectual property rights and financial transactions.
Parveen Mahtani joins Mahindra Lifespace as Chief Legal Officer

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, announced that it has appointed Parveen Mahtani as Chief Legal Officer. Parveen will oversee all legal and regulatory activities across Mahindra Lifespaces’ businesses, applying her extensive experience in due diligence, contract management, M&A, intellectual property rights and financial transactions. 

Commenting on the appointment, Arvind Subramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces, said, “We are delighted to welcome Parveen to our management team.  Parveen brings a high process and systems orientation to Legal and Compliance, as well as deep knowledge and understanding of India’s real estate industry – both important facets for a role supporting organizational growth and transformation.”

Parveen is a seasoned legal expert with nearly 20 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to her appointment at Mahindra Lifespaces, Parveen was Head, Legal and Compliance at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. and Tata Housing Development Co Ltd. 

In her previous roles, Praveen has handled a wide portfolio of real estate projects across India, UK, Maldives and Sri Lanka.  She has also handled litigation across various courts, including the Supreme Court of India and high courts.
