Prior to this, Singh, 58, was the director of marketing at GAIL India. In a separate disclosure to the stock exchanges, GAIL India said that subsequent to Singh's appointment at Petronet LNG, he ceases to be on the board of the company.
Prabhat Singh has taken over as the managing director and chief executive officer of Petronet LNG, India's biggest importer of liquefied natural gas informed the bourses Monday. Prior to this, Singh, 58, was the director of marketing at GAIL India. In a separate disclosure to the stock exchanges, GAIL India said that subsequent to Singh's appointment at Petronet LNG, he ceases to be on the board of the company.
