Reliance Industries HR chief Prabir Jha calls it quits

Chief human resources officer Prabir Jha, who joined the company two years ago, put in place a five-day week, increased leave entitlements and sought to modernise performance management and appraisal processes.

The search for a replacement has begun, the person said. One human resources head wondered whether he had tried to do too much too soon at the Mukesh Ambani-led company.
