CEO of Reliance Power and one of Anil Ambani's key lieutenants, has quit the company to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. He is the third high profile executive to leave the company in the last one year. Chalasani's peers and industry experts believe that his decision could have been partly due to project delays related to fuel availability, land acquisition and environment clearances, among others.
