Sripada Chandrasekhar, vice president and head - human resources, IBM India and South Asia for IBM, has resigned, Economic Times reported. He joined as HR head of Dr Reddy's on Thursday, according to Saumen Chakraborty, president and chief financial officer of the pharmaceutical firm.
The post of HR head for the Hyderabad-based company was vacant for almost two years after Prabir Jha, the earlier HR head resigned to join Tata Motors. Chakraborty had taken over human resources segment as an additional responsibility. Chandrasekhar will now steer a workforce of 16,500 for the company.
