S Mobility (formerly Spice Mobility) has appointed Dilip Modi as its Chairman as part of a succession planning within the group. Being the Chairman of Si2i, a Singapore-listed company and also a Director of S Mobility, Modi’s global exposure to technology and market experience will propel the company towards increasing regional market share and provide an upward thrust to the earnings growth, it said in a statement.
