After working for almost six years for one of India’s leading manufacturer Saint- Gobain, Rahul Pinjarkar, Vice President Human resources has stepped down. Currently, he is serving his notice period and will be associated with the organization until next couple of months. 

Pinjarkar joined the Saint-Gobain in July 2012 as Vice President, Human Resources.  With over 19 years of experience in different industries, he has gained the ability to align HR strategies in his work profile. 

 In his LinkedIn profile, Pinjarkar mentioned that his strength lies in building employee engagement strategies, creating a compelling employer brand, providing HR leadership to business and building high performing teams. 

He also wrote than from employee relations standpoint he is skilled in signing long-term settlements and initiating cost containment strategies resulting in significant savings in operating costs. 

Pinjarkar has spent a significant part of his career in Philips, Novartis and Saint-Gobain Group. From last ten years, he has been in Country HR Head's role providing leadership to the HR Function that includes facilitating high-performance culture, improving HR functional delivery, building the talent pipeline and managing the change process.
