Vimmi Chachra who has been a part of the HR leadership team with Sopra Steria India for over four years has now been chosen as the Head of India Talent Management (HR) function. She has played a key role in creating and executing Talent Management strategy to support organization’s business objectives and with this new role she has been bestowed upon with the responsibility of building a strong community of people that will continue to define Sopra Steria India’s journey into its next phase of growth.
With the breadth and depth of expertise in engagement, talent management, performance management and development, organization design and merger and integrations, Vimmi Chachra is expected to lead the talent transformation journey for Sopra Steria India.

Besides having over two decades of leadership experience, Vimmi Chachra has also worked in two related industries - Delivery and HR, in a variety of different roles. She is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi, where she pursued her MBA in Technology Management, Strategy, and HR from and also holds a qualification from Harvard University in Creative Thinking and Organization Success. Besides this, she is also a Computer Science professional from IMT-Ghaziabad. Back in 2016, Vimmi was ranked amongst ‘Top100 Power Woman At Work - the drivers of change’, by People Matters.
