Pharma Company Cipla’s senior HR Director Sumit Neogi who stepped down earlier this week has joined Reliance Industries as Vice President, Human Resource, Services. 

He will report to Ashwani Prashara, Chief Human Resource Officer, Hydrocarbons at Reliance Industries. This will be his second stint with Reliance Industries. He has worked with the company in 2015. 

While talking to People Matters, on this development, he said: "Would aim to strengthen the HR and other service organizations and make it future ready."

It can be recalled that People Matters earlier reported his exit from Cipla. 

Neogi is a human resource professional with 14+ years of experience in the domain and worked with organizations such as Cipla, Aon, Reliance Industries and Bharat Petroleum. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.
