Seasoned HR leader, Swadesh Behera  joins Titan Company Limited as Chief People Officer, with effect from 1st July 2021. He comes with a rich experience focused on driving business results through the conceptualization, design and implementation of winning HR strategies. His areas of expertise include building a robust a leadership pipeline, developing top talent, cogent succession planning and helping organizations grow and thrive. He has spearheaded the Human Resources function in large Multinational and Indian organizations like Boston Scientific Corporation, Merck, Ranbaxy, Coke and Tata Steel. He has joined Titan from Boston Scientific Corporation.

As Swadesh takes on a new role he shares his excitement to join Titan Group and says, "Delighted to be a part of a leadership team which  truly believes in putting people first in everything they do, where  employee care and happiness is valued as much as the business  growth."

As Titan's Chief People Officer, Swadesh would be working towards building strong leadership  pipeline, future capabilities, an inclusive culture to propel the company's growth aspirations and making Titan an employer of choice.

Most recently, Swadesh was Senior Director–HR at Boston Scientific Corporation  (BSC). His previous stints also include Ranbaxy, Coca Cola, MSD and Tata Steel. He has extensive change management experience  which encompasses setting up Greenfield operations, building  capability, talent acquisition during high growth phases of  business, implementing appropriate HR interventions, Employee  Transition Management during business closures and many other  initiatives and programmes. Analytical skills, Business Acumen,  Process Orientation, and Strong Inter-Personal skills are some of  his key strengths. Swadesh replaces CHRO Raj Narayan who retired from the company on June 30th. Raj had led Titan for over eight years. Swadesh now has the onus of taking the legacy of innovative talent practices ahead and enable company's growth.
