In keeping with the dynamic socio-economic and business environment that Asia finds itself in today, The L&OD Roundtable’s next independent exercise would be ‘Change Management’. With the business challenges emanating from the global slowdown, unprecedented coupling among economies, and the subsequent dynamics relating to national and organizational cultures, the Asian socio-corporate milieu is rife with exemplary cases in the areas of Change Management, Cross-cultural Integration and Organizational Transformation. “The Best Change Interventions of Asia Study 2012-13” will aim to bring out stories of successful and effective management and stewardship of change, in organisations across sizes, industry sectors and geographies.
