Three top senior partners quit IDFC Alternatives
Three top-level executives of IDFC group's private-equity arm have resigned and two of them are moving to Morgan Stanley, even as growing expectations of an economic turnaround and soaring markets are leading PE players to reorganise and expand. IDFC Alternatives Senior Partners SG Shyam Sundar and Raja Parthasarathy, as well as Chief Financial Officer Rupa Vora are on their way out. While Sundar and Parthasarathy will jointly head Morgan Stanley's infrastructure fund in India, Vora's is expected to join a local fund, people with knowledge of the matter said.
