Vineet Nair exits HCL Board

Vineet Nair who is credited with changing the fortunes of HCL Tech has stepped down from its Board. He will continue as a senior advisor to HCL Technologies and HCL Corporation. He had stepped down as the CEO in January 2013 after being with HCL for more than two decades and had sold off his entire stock holding at HCL in June 2012 for his NGO, Sampark.
