The Board of Directors of Kasturi and Sons Ltd (KSL), publishers of The Hindu and Group publications, has announced the induction at a Board meeting today of Ms. Vinita Bali, former Managing Director of Brittania, and Mr. S. Mahalingam, former Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Tata Consultancy Services, as independent directors. “Ms. Vinita Bali and Mr. Mahalingam are ‎seasoned stalwarts of corporate India.
