VP, HR of Jubilant Foodworks resigns, joins ABD as Chief People Officer

In his next assignment, he has joined Allied Blenders and Distillers as Chief People Officer. One of the largest Alco beverage co in India.
VP, HR of Jubilant Foodworks resigns, joins ABD as Chief People Officer

Senior HR Industry veteran Biplob Banerjee has stepped down from his role as the Executive Vice President - HR and CSR at JFL. Jubilant Foodworks is famous for its fast food chains such as Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts. 

During his tenure of around four years, Biplob Banerjee worked on talent challenges, recruitment strategies, automation and other HR practices in the company.  

In his next assignment, he has joined Allied Blenders and Distillers as Chief People Officer. One of the largest Alco beverage co in India. ABD has recently launched  "Sterling Reserve" which is one the fastest growing brand this year.  

Primarily his new role will be of HR transformation in ABD. In Jubilant he helped create a stellar team and worked closely with the earlier CEO Ajay Kaul and later with Pratik Pota. In ABD he will report to CEO Paramjit Gill.

He joined Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. in May 2015. Prior to this, he was working with GlaxoSmithKline in Mumbai, where he worked for four years. He has worked with companies such as Pepsico India, GE and Reuters over the last two decades. 

He has over 20 years of experience in both enterprise and consumer space in India. He is an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur with Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relations.
