XLRI launches National Talent Management survey

To understand the concept of talent management and analyze its future in terms of best practices, the XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, has announced the launch of National Talent Management (NTM) survey. The survey aims to highlight some of the concerns faced by the industry today and will discuss several aspects of man management providing a holistic view of the realm of human resource management. Issues like employee development during turbulent times to employer branding across various platforms will be dealt with comprehensively in the survey that will commence in the third week of January. Besides highlighting the current HR practices aimed at retaining and fostering talented workforce, the survey will have inputs from over 100 corporates from across the country.
