Monster India, an online career and recruitment solutions provider, has started the second Monster Virtual Career Fair in India, which went live on 15th July. This fair will go on till 19th July 2013.

It offers jobseekers the opportunity to log on to a virtual exhibition and engage in real time with companies seeking talent in the country. Through this fair jobseekers seek information on job vacancies available in India, apply for positions and engage in live conversations with the potential employers. Virtual Career Fair provides the companies a greater number of job seekers. It helps them to streamline the entire process from posting the job vacancies online, to attracting relevant candidates, to screening, filtering and communicating instantly with top talents.

The first Virtual Career Fair saw participation from over fifty thousand jobseekers and an on-average 130 applications per Job posting.
