Average 20% increments to top performers in 2015

According to compensation trends reports by Aon Hewitt, Hay Group, Towers Watson, and Mercer, people rated as top performers in their organisations will receive increments to the tune of 20 per cent in 2015. Top performers can expect anywhere between 1.8X and 1.9X that of average performers. There is an increasing willingness among companies to differentiate pay scales among employees based on performance.
